Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Thiel & Thiel Auctions.
Thiel & Thiel Auctions reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this website. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this website, you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time. Thiel & Thiel Auctions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any auction at any time for any reason.

Bidding Information:
When you place a max bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified as other bidders place bids or in the event of a lot with a reserve, it can bid against the reserve.

Online auctions have an auto extend feature. Online Auctions are timed events, and all bidding will close at specified times. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. ie: If an auction is scheduled to close at noon and receives a bid at 11:59, then the close time will automatically extend two minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2-minute time frame. Thiel & Thiel Auctions has put forth every effort to make accurate descriptions of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods.

All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Thiel & Thiel Auctions.

Thiel & Thiel Auctions reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. If a refund is given, it will not exceed the purchase price of the lot.

Bidder responsibilities include but are not limited to bidder agreeing to keep their password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the website, bidders must obey any and all local, state, and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of website use privileges.

Auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on auction items.

We gather aggregate information from this website which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence. By agreeing to these terms, you give Thiel & Thiel Auctions permission to send marketing emails to the email address on the account.

Payment Information:
There will be a buyer’s fee, plus sales tax added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. At the end of the auction, all credit cards associated with each Hi-Bid account will be processed. If you want to pay cash at pickup, you MUST call our office PRIOR to the auction ending.
